Building a Promotional Briefcase to Save You Time

By Anne Ahira

Promoting your Internet Business is where most of your time will be spent. If you are organized and armed with a promotional briefcase, your time will be far better managed.

Almost all prospects ask the same questions. They want to know about the product, the company, the commission structure etc..

With a fully stocked briefcase you can copy/paste the appropriate information and save yourself keying time. Its a good idea to open your briefcase when you are chatting with a prospect or when you are replying to emails. This will make it very easy to copy/paste whenever necessary. It is much quicker to develop your information only once and then simply copy/paste. Youll find it an incredible time saver!

instance, Im an independent rep for Financial Freedom Society Business One of the most frequent questions I get is, 'Anne, how does FFSI pay you?'

I have this in my briefcase:

'Commissions are paid through the Global Cash Card. The company pays representatives electronically, virtually 'anywhere in the world' With this card, you can also send the money to people who has GCC card anywhere in the world. This will make you easier if you want to send some money for co-op advertising with your Team-mate, or any other business.

All I have to do is copy and paste. This will work for you not only in chat but also in replying to emails. Just make a list of Frequently Asked Questions you anticipate from your prospects, and write an explanation or answer for each one. This way, when you chat with anyone, you will not be overwhelmed with their questions even if you are new! With this, you will not only be prepared, but you will also look very professional.
