Workout that allows you to carry heavier briefcases?
Can you answer ilovetowinalot's question about briefcases?:
I carry a briefcase around all the time - however, it always seem like I'm leaning due to its heavier weight. What muscles should I work on so it'll be easier for me to carry it? I have free weights. Thanks!

This would mostly be your trapezius muscles and obliques. With your free weights, hold comfortable weights at your sides, and shrug your shoulders slowly in a circle form, forward a set, then backward a set. This will be your trapezius muscles (the muscles on top of your shoulders). To do obliques, you can try an ab workout, or using your free weights again. Hold one free weight in your right hand, and bend sideways, keeping your back and legs straight, then do your other side. This will work your obliques. This should help you to build muscle to not lean when carrying a briefcase.
