I have a Victorinox one that I really like, but it was a gift so I don't know if it is a budget-type item.
You could probably just buy a cheapo one at Walmart and replace it yearly - most brand names are probably higher quality, but you'll pay for it.
Also, you might get more answers in a different category, since your question seems not to relate to science.
