Cannot get into a combination lock briefcase. What can I do to get into the briefcase?

I am trying to get into a briefcase with a combination lock on both sides. How can I get into the briefcase?

Use the combination. If you do not know the combination, then use a screwdriver to pry open the latch. If it is not your briefcase, leave it alone.
