Can I have a laptop briefcase and a purse on an airplane at once?
Can you answer ♥Lovely♥'s question about briefcases?:
I was thinking about bringing BOTH my purse and my laptop with its briefcase. Is that ok or are we only aloud to carry only one item?

Most airlines say you can bring a carry on and one "personal item," which they define as as purse or laptop bag.
So yes, you can.
Yes, you can take both of them. Provided the purse is an actual purse and not like a tote bag or something that you're trying to pass off as a purse. But if I were you, I'd take the important things out of your purse and keep them in your briefcase and then just pack your purse … that way you only have to keep up with one bag while you're in the airport.
you should be okay - most airlines allow 2 carry-on bags, some will even allow 3 depending on the size. Call your airline or check their website to make sure!
